The office hours of the Passport and Visa Office in the embassy in Vienna are:

Each residence artist is entitled to get a "Social Budaja Visa", this visa must be submitted with the invitation letter from the Sewon Art Space, please email to (Lukas Birk). The filled out application form, need to be accompanied by 3 month bank account slips, copy of the flight ticket and the invitation letter from SAS.
The "Social Budaja Visa" has the benefit that it can be extended 4 times, locally in Jogjakarta without the need to leave the country. The "Social Budaja Visa" is valid for 2 months, after 2 months it can be extended for one months only, 4 times, so in total you can stay maximum 6 months in one go in Indonesia.
The extension process for additional months, is done here in Jogjakarta at the immigration office. SAS is helping each artist in this application, it cost around 500.000.- Rp ( aprox. 30.- Euro) for each extension. All details please check with Lashita locally.
ALL OTHER VISAS ARE VERY COMPLICATED AND ONLY VALID EITHER FOR 30 DAYS NO EXTENSION POSSIBLE ORE 60 DAYS.
There is also "Visa on arrival" which you or your friends can get directly on the airport, this visa is only valid for 30 days.
After each Visa run you have to stay out of Indonesia for 6 Months, after this you can reenter the country.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE CAN ONLY ISSUE INVITATION LETTERS TO THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCY ARTIST ONLY. THE PERIOD WE ARE ENTITLED TO SUPPORT YOU IS 3 MONTHS, THE FULL DURATION OF YOUR RESIDENCY. SUPPORT BEYOND THIS 3 MONTHS PERIOD MUST BE OFFICIALLY AGREED BY THE SEWON ART SPACE DIRECTOR (Lukas Birk).

Please ask your local Indonesian Embassy in your country of residence for the Visa regulations. As each country may have different agreements.
